Vickie is a digital marketing veteran with over 15 years of marketing experience working for multiple digital media agencies and high-tech Cloud/SaaS/software companies. She loves working with entrepreneurs and thrives in fast-paced startup environments. Vickie holds an MBA in Marketing and a BBA in Computer MIS from National University.
Vickie is a cancer survivor that wants to make a difference in the fight against cancer. Her passion is to help cancer organizations get found online by healthcare providers and cancer survivors using inbound marketing. Vickie is an executive board member of YANA-Cancer Comfort that provides care packages to cancer patients. She also leads a cancer support group at Saddleback Church.
Prior to founding Transitional Marketing, Vickie was the Director of Marketing and Product Management for Questys, an Enterprise Content Management (ECM) company, where she increased lead generation by 50% through Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), blogging, email marketing, event marketing and social media. Previous to that she was VP of Marketing & Business Development for where2getit, a digital marketing company focused on location based services (LBS) technology, where she increased SEM lead generation by 145% and SEO lead generation by 60% through blogging, email marketing, event marketing and social media. Earlier she was VP of Product Management for Local.com, a local search agency, where she shortened the time to market of new features by 75% by streamlining the release process to implement new partners within weeks versus months.
